As you can tell, I had an awesome time shooting this look! The alley and my Cali tee go perfect together. In my mind, I was in Cali doing a shoot for an activewear brand. I'm dreaming big this year. I want to travel and having creative weekends is what feeds the artist inside of me. What do you like to do on the weekends? Are you feeding the artist inside of you?
Lately, My list of 23 Beefore 2-3 has played a big part in how I spend my weekends. I like to do new stuff to gain fresh perspectives on life.
Tee: Old Navy // Jeans: Target // Necklace: Rocks Box // Sneakers: Old Navy
Do you play any sports? Do you plan on taking up any activities this spring? I want to they yoga. Quoy Love and a good friend of mine have inspired me. I'll give more fitness details on a future Fit Fridays post.

DeleteI love a graphic tee and jeans, I'm digging the way you funk'd up this look with the chunky necklace.

ReplyDeleteThe colors in this post are feeding my soul. I knew when I saw your pics on insta that this would be a cool post. And yay!! I'm so excited for you and your creative weekends. I'm glad we all have big goals this year too. Do your thang girl, do your thang!!
Also, I'm so happy you tried yoga!! I had too much to say for it all to fit on Twitter, and it's been a hectic week with school. BUT, as far as yoga goes. I know you said you tried a pose, but you might get more out of it by doing more of a flow. So something like a "child's pose--> downward facing dog--> upward facing dog--> downward facing dog --> meet your feet to your hands and forward fold--> halfway lift--> warrior pose". Each pose try to hold for about 5 breathes, deep inhales and exhales and move right into the next pose. I like @laurasykora @masumig @beachyogagirl @ladydork @_kariooo on IG. I like them because they host lots of challenges explaining how to achieve a pose and what it should feel like.
I've been leaving like book chapters on all your posts. lol forgive me.
OMG thank you so much! My friend mentioned breaths to me as well. I am going to have to try that sequence. Do you turn on music or do it in silence?
DeleteThanks again!
