A girl could never go wrong with pink. I love this quilted sweatshirt. I've been waiting to debut it on the blog for a while now. I bought it back in January from GAP. I got it in 3 colors. LOL. Nonetheless, the rule is to buy what you like in absolutely every flattering color available. I love jeans and basics, so this look was right up my alley.
I took this picture in front of an old school, across the street from an old friend's of mine's old home. She passed away a couple of years ago, but I still cry around this time every year because she meant a lot to me. Oddly enough, the day that I took these photos was another old friend's of mine's birthday. She passed away a few months ago. Yet the sun was shining so high and bright that I couldn't help but smile. People matter and I've been blessed to know some amazing folks. How about you?

What did you think about this look? I vow to wear more color this spring. I really like pink, so that's the color that I'm looking for specifically. Looked back through old style posts, I noticed that everything was black or gray. It's time for a change!
