NYFW: Favorite F/W 2015 Collections

Did you watch any of the New York Fashion Week runway shows this season? I kept up with my favorite designers newest looks via Style.com and WWD.com! Trend scouting is growing on me. I love classic pieces, but there's something very satisfying about being on trend. Cheers to the fearless, fur wearing, metallic sneaker rocking, bold lipstick fashion queens who "werk it" on a daily basis! To work it means to be completely confident and sassy within ones own skill while strutting through life.

Now back to NYFW! I was really surprised at all of the 60s influence, fringe, dark colors, and simplicity of a lot of the lines this season. I'm working on a trend forecasting project in one of my classes, so I'm knee deep into this stuff and I'm enjoying it! I was never one to really watch the trends via runway shows, but being forced to do just that has a awaken a little beast inside of me who desires a fur coat. LOL enough girl talk!
