Where the Heck is Jas?

I have been distant lately with posting and social media due to life! I will be graduating from the University of Missouri in 3 weeks and starting an amazing internship in Kansas City. That means emails, packing, shopping, nerves, planning, etc. Did I mention that I got the internship? I'm so happy. If you have been following me on my road to graduation then you know that I have been looking for post-grad employment for a few months now.

On top of all of that I am packing up my room for the transition, throwing out baggage, working on my print shop + first networking event, and maintaining my sanity! To say that I've been busy is an understatement, but I am grateful for the challenges and business ventures that God has placed before me. I can honestly see that everything I have gone through and accomplished lead to this very moment. God has a way of making things perfect for those who serve + love him!

I just wanted to share some good news with my faithful readers and encourage everyone to chase their goals. Everything will happen in God's timing. You can truly do anything with hard work and faith.

Happy Friday!

Ps. Who's ready for a giveaway? Stay tuned! Love you guys!

Xoxoxo, Jas

  1. Jasmine!!

I saw your post on Facebook earlier! This is so awesome! Congrats love! And no worries, you're out grinding, which means when you come back full force you'll just be taking over! I'm so glad things are working out for you. Last night in church, my pastor was talking about "God Setting Us Up for Success" and I felt in my heart he was talking to us college grads! :) He said so so so many great things that I could talk about all night but I'll just leave these few with you..

    - When something is LEAVING your life, it is LEADING you into something greater!
    - Everything I need to succeed is already within me (which is definitely in you girl!!)
    - Every success is not a blessing, and every failure is not a curse!

I hope I didn't get too churchy but when you started talking about God's timing I just had to share, because if this isn't perfect timing, I don't know what is!!!

  2. Thank you! I literally heard a very similar message the other night as well! God has a way of making things very plain for stubborn folks like myself. I'm so happy that you shared that with me! I can't wait to see our next steps in the coming months. I want to take up a few hobbies starting this summer that I've missed out on.

Thanks for reading + leaving a comment! <3
